Filleted piees of delicate white meat steamed with light soya sauce. Steam cooking retains the full flavour and moist texture of the fish pieces. (Steam cooking takes longer to cook) This dish is ideal for lunches or complements your main course.
The chicken is coated with honey & vinegar before roasting. After roasting the chicken is cut into pieces & decorated with mermaid tress (Finely sliced Chinese cabbage leaves slightly coated with sugar granules then deep fried to a delicate crispy taste which can be eaten on its own or with the chicken pieces.) A delicate sauce is prepared by our chef & placed over the chicken. The sauce & preparation of the skin creates a unique flavour for this dis. Our Chef highly recommends this dish to be included in your Banquet selection.

Seafood Egg Rolls
A light delicate meal ideal for entrees or part of your main courses. (6 pieces per serve minimum.) Chopped seafood with bean shoots and shallots are rolled in a thin layer of egg. The roll is lightly coated with liquid flour and deep friend for crispness. We recommend 2 pieces per person.
